What to expect from your coach:

  • Provides quality, individualized programming for YOU. 

  • Communicates in an efficient and timely manner. 

  • Guides you to ensure you’re moving correctly, safely and with intention. 

  • Listens to you and your ever-changing goals. 

  • Helps you to become more process oriented, rather than results driven. We will learn together, especially from the hard days.

What your coach will expect from you: 

  • Communicate. I can’t feel what you’re feelin’, so you have to keep me in the loop! Our monthly consultations will ensure that this happens. I will check in to make sure you are still enjoying the programming, feeling like you're progressing, and keeping you healthy and safe. If at any point you feel differently, adjustments will be made.

  • Try hard. Commit yourself to this process. Because it is exactly that: a process

  • Be open to feedback. My intentions are to help you become a healthier, more capable version of yourself.

***Minimum of 12 week commitment is required to begin working together. After that period, we both need to feel in sync to continue. My purpose is to put your health and wellness first. Always.
